Hair loss happens due to many factors, stress, genetics, or possibly even dealing with overly rambunctious children? All of these can potentially be causes for hair loss. We know factually a loss of certain hormones and chemicals are they major causes of hair loss but how and why does this happen?
Stress - It is widely known that stress is a major contributing factor in many health issues. When a body feels stress it causes an imbalance in the hormones. It is why when people are stressed out they can be irritable, sad, or even angry. When the hormone levels change to frequently or to rapidly it can cause the hair to fall out.
Genetics - There isn’t much you can do about your genes, sorry to say. You were born with them and they will be with you until you die. The gene for hair loss is passed down presumably from your mothers’side of the family. You may be able to fight the gene factor by living a healthy lifestyle which can reduce stress and therefore delays the onset of hair loss.
Rambunctious children? - This possibility probably falls under the stress category but since I have been blamed for many of my parents’grey hair, it would seems that hair loss is not so far off. Again, it is more likely that by having rambunctious children your stress level increases which is likely the actual reason for losing your hair. (But it’s fun to blame the kids, so why not have a go at it.)
Don’t fret if you find that your hair is getting thinner, there are many treatment options available to you. Speak to your primary doctor or a dermatologist for more information.
