This is good news for people with busy lifestyles like those in registered nurse jobs who may neglect daily exercise due to packed schedules, as just 15 minutes of daily exercise can be good for one’s health. Now the trick will be to find the time to do that 15 minutes and be consistent with it over time. The hope here is that people will actually get moving no matter where they are.
