Relieve Stress with Green Tea

After a very tiring day at work, I look forward to my cup of green tea once I am back home. Not only because it tastes very good but also because it tends to relax and soothe my tensed nerves, it makes Wimbledon flats and houses for rent feel a little bit more like a spa, and a little bit less like the City of London. My friend introduced me to this lovely form of distressing. Although I must say that I have been tempted many times to pick up a one of its cartons while shopping at the stores but had never done so until I realized how effective this natural product was. The caffeine in the mixture provides my body quite some energy as well as mental alertness, and also promotes relaxation.
According to research, the unique flavor of the green tea is because of the presence of L-theanine and is also supposed to aid relaxation and its combination with caffeine has stimulating effects on the body. Other studies also believe that Theanine is an antagonist of caffeine, which decreases the hyper effects that caffeine normally has on the body. That is the reason why people prefer to have tea when they want to relax rather than coffee. Theanine content is higher in Green teas which increases the efficiency of this tea to relax a person.
There are many other ways that I choose to relax like meditation and taking a walk in the garden or listening to some soothing music. Green tea however is one of the easiest ways as it not only constitutes my daily cup of tea but also relaxes and soothes my nerves when I am tensed or stressed out. I have recommended this to many of my friends ever since I started using it, and have heard my friends also raving about the positive effects that the Green tea has had on them.
